The existing Laundryland facility had been sitting empty for some time and was in dire need of a complete renovation (including the removal of nesting birds and families of squatting vermin). Services provided included feasibility studies, Conceptual design through Phase I construction drawings and Phase II Conceptual design as well as client and project branding and graphics.  This project provided 5 new office suites with individual toilet rooms and private entrances.  Phase II added medical office rental spaces in a 2 story addition.
